It has been said that repetition is the mother of all learning. Audio learning is one of the most powerful tools available for change in habits and behavior.
We have all been to seminars and training sessions and have been excited about what we learned, only to realize that there was so much information in such a short period of time that we couldn’t possibly absorb it all.
Audio learning offers an opportunity to come back to the information and constantly review the material; thus constantly reinforcing the ideas and eventually making them a part of our every-day existence.
We strongly encourage participants to listen for just 5 to 15 minutes at a time, then take time to reflect on and absorb the ideas. When you find the ideas popping into your thinking, you know the program is starting to work. When you find yourself acting on the ideas, you know the program is really working.
